We are pleased to introduce a new training format at Pulse Table Tennis School! Now you can join group CrossFit training sessions led by an experienced and professional trainer 💯 The benefits of CrossFit for table tennis ☝️


CrossFit is a high-intensity functional training that develops strength, endurance, coordination, and reaction speed. These qualities are extremely important for table tennis, so CrossFit training can significantly improve the level of your game.


Main advantages:

Table tennis requires a high level of aerobic and anaerobic endurance. CrossFit workouts include cardio (running, rowing, jumping), which helps players maintain a high playing speed for longer without fatigue.
