On May 10, the Cherkasy Open Table Tennis Championship among boys and girls was held in the hall of the Budivelnyk Sports Palace, which brought together more than 80 participants from different parts of Cherkasy region and other regions. The tournament was held on 9 professional tennis tables in three age categories.
The Pulse Table Tennis School was represented by the following young athletes:
Sergeev Ivan (category 2013–2014 born)
Shtaniy Dmytro (category born 2013–2014)
Kosenko Vladislav (category born in 2015 and younger)
Slepenchuk Dmytro (category born in 2015 and younger)
The competition began with a group stage, where each athlete had to demonstrate maximum skill in order to reach the final, which was held according to the Olympic system among the strongest eight players in each category.

Sergeev Ivan showed a great game and confidently reached the semifinals , where, although he lost, he managed to pull himself together and win the match for third place !

🥈 2nd place – Danilov Stanislav (“Energia”, Smila)
🥉 3rd place – Sergeev Ivan (Pulse)
Slepenchuk Dmytro confidently beat all rivals in his age category and became the winner of the tournament , winning the Champion's Cup !

🥉 3rd place – Kotsur Mark (KDYUSSH, Cherkasy)
All participants received memorable gifts and incredible emotions from the tournament that will remain in their memory for a long time.
