Sports camp at Pulse Table Tennis School — 5 days of development, motivation and true team spirit. In July, Pulse Table Tennis School held an extremely rich and useful summer camp for children , which combined sports training, teamwork and communication with recognized masters of sports.

💪 Two workouts a day — a comprehensive approach to the development of a young athlete

Each day began with physical training , during which participants worked on:

  • development of strength ;

  • improving coordination of movements ;

  • increasing speed endurance .

In the evening, there was technical work at the tennis table . The coaches paid attention to tactics, hitting techniques, correct movement, and psychological readiness for the game.

⏱️ Over 30 hours of training in 5 days!

Our athletes spent more than 30 full hours of training . Each day was attended by 4 to 6 coaches , and in total, more than 10 experienced specialists participated in the training.
